First introduced in 3002, the Sleipnir is an armored personnel carrier used by various factions to move infantry units.

Weapons and Equipment

APCs are not fighting vehicles, as their main function is to transport infantry squads from one battle to another. The Sleipnir APC carries two machine guns and two medium lasers in a turret, but these are usually carried only for defense against other infantry units. The machine guns have a half-ton of ammunition available. The main feature of the Sleipnir is the four-ton infantry bay located in the body. It is protected by seven tons of armor.

• SRM 

  Introduced in 3004, this version retains its Machine Guns and swaps the medium lasers, Heat Sinks, and adapters for three turret-mounted SRM-4 with two tons of ammunition. BV (2.0) = 553
