This article should be merged into the 18th Dieron Regulars, as it's a nickname/alternate name for the command, as per First Succession War, pg 49:

"BROKEN BLADE hit Hesperus II with a ground assault group that included the Fifth and Eighth Sword of Light regiments, backed up by the Eighteenth Dieron Regulars (The Algedi Regulars) and the mercenary Fifty-Second Heavy Assault Regiment."
