Clean up

I could argue that this article is no longer a stub, though it can definitely be expanded upon if the source information is out there. However, it reads very, very rough. I did a little patching just now, but if one were to read it out loud, it would be close to non-sensical. I imagine there is probably enough info to address the "5 Ws and 1 H" (who, what, why, where, when and how). Just needs some time and work. --Revanche ^{(talk|contribs)} 19:11, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
