I guess what is the policy on such renames, ie: which way should it be? other existing renamed units (FedCom Corps RCTs, Kingston's Rangers) so far have redirected old to new name. Cyc 01:13, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

I picked the Regulars because there are fourteen Regulars regiments, but only five survive to become Avengers. It made more sense to keep everybody together, rather than have five Avengers articles and nine Regulars. --Scaletail 01:21, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

While it should be our intent to be consistent with naming, this is one example where which version takes precedence? I'd be fine (for now) with the idea that "redirects solve all," as long as some accepted naming convention was used. --Revanche ^{(talk|contribs)} 01:42, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
