Fanon?

Given the lack of citations and the tone of the article, I'm inclined to believe this is fanon - particularly given that the Rim Worlds Republic collapsed after Operation ALMARIC saw a large chunk of the Rim systems annexed by the Lyran Commonwealth and the collapse of any vestige of central government by 2775.
