Port Krin planet name, city or both

What's the deal here? In my research of the Brotherhood of Randis, the planet is only referred to as Antallos, with Port Krin a major city on the planet. Did the planet change names (and receive the additional name) with some licensed source? Even so, I propose changing the article name to just Antallos, with a re-direct at Port Krin. The article can state that it has two names (if applicable). --Revanche (talk|contribs) 09:47, 21 August 2008 (CDT)

There is a detailed "sourcebook" section in the Royalty and Rogues adventure module for the MechWarrior RPG (which I acquired recently). It clearly states that Antallos is the world (and, extension, the system) and Port Krin, also known as "The Port", is the premier of numerous city states on Antallos. The only one with a spaceport if I remember correctly, but that could be wrong. The whole planet or even system has occasionally been referred to as Port Krin but it is not the actual, or accepted, name. That said, I wholeheartedly support the motion to rename the article to "Antallos" straight. Frabby 16:37, 21 August 2008 (CDT)
The latest book with a map, Jihad Secrets: The Blake Documents has that planet labeled as "Antallos (Port Krin)". I'm working off of memory here, but I think that when Vance Rezak took over, he ruled out of Port Krin, but had only a tenuous control over the rest of the planet, so people just started referring to his area as Port Krin.... or something having to do with Rezak. Nonetheless, the most recent book refers to it as such, so it should stay this way. --Scaletail 20:51, 21 August 2008 (CDT)
Scaletail, who's going to search for "Antallos (Port Krin)"? If we put redirect on both that and "Port Krin," then any derivation of the terms will lead to the same article. To be honest, I'm getting tired of searching for the correct link for my wikilinks, but I could be lazy and just create wikilinks to the extended name. I just don't understand the value in leaving it extended. --Revanche (talk|contribs) 23:33, 21 August 2008 (CDT)
Anybody who sees the name on the map there, or at ISCS, could search for it. As long as there is a redirect here, then neither Antallos nor Port Krin needs to be piped. As far as I can tell, it is the official name, going by the sources I have, so I don't understand why the article needs to be moved. --Scaletail 17:43, 23 August 2008 (CDT)
In the end, I don't really care. I went ahead and redirected Antallos here, since I really don't want to look for and then type the whole article name again.--Revanche (talk|contribs) 18:00, 23 August 2008 (CDT)

It has been a few yars now and the wiki has come a long way, I think we should rename this Antallos because Port Krin has it's own article.Dmon (talk) 08:05, 10 March 2018 (EST)
