Added a description. Since this is essentially just a subtype of the regular K-F drive I felt it was enough to point out the differences, and refer to the "main" article on K-F drives. I have therefore removed the ''Stub'' tag. Further, since K-F drives have to be constructed in deep space and cannot be built on planets I have exchanged "planet" for "system" in the manufacturing center list. :I clarified the pricing of Compact Cores. The multiplier was changed from x100 to x5 about 9 years ago with the publication of Aerotech 2 (unrevised) and was kept in AT2R and TO or SO (which ever of the latest two has the costs for KF drives.) In the late 1990s, there was some really scorching player feedback on BattleSpace's WarShip pricing that led to the change. I clarified the pricing of Compact Cores.
