Sibko

"Ranna was born into the same sibko as Vlad Ward, Evantha Fetladral, and Carew Nygren". I always thought, a sibko is formed from descendants of two genetic legacies exclusively (like the Mattlov/Pride Sibko from which Aidan Pryde came) and that a warrior can only obtain a bloodname to which he is genetically linked, how can members of the same Sibko have 4 different bloodnames?RagTag 16:26, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

Clan Wolf does sibkos a little differently than the other Clans, from what I can gather. Basically, as sibko get smaller, they start to merge them as they approach their warrior testing. Further, this is pretty much word of god, as Ranna explicitly says they're sibkin in Lethal Heritage, and it's a big of a plot point as to why she went to Vlad to "talk" with him over her confusing feelings for Phelan. --Peregry 18:05, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

The merging sibkos things is pure conjecture on my part, frankly. It is a logical reason for the fact that Clan Wolf had a sibko with four different bloodnames and all three pheonotypes though. --Peregry 22:14, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
