Description
Tau Wraiths were recon specialists for the Word of Blake, the exact opposite of their Tau Zombie counterparts. These troopers could link into C3 networks to coordinate friendly forces and provide vital battlefield information. Their numerous cybernetic enhancements included advanced optical sensors for infrared and laser targeting and communicator implants, and each squad was equipped with advanced stealth and paratrooper equipment. Armament
The primary armament of Wraith units was the Mauser 1200 laser rifle, though their mission role precluded its use in all but self-defense.
