Timothy Marsden was the youngest son of Protectorate of Donegal founder Seth Marsden and an officer within the young nation's military.

He challenged Katherine Steiner for the Archonship.
In April 2408 Timothy was given command of the Lyran Commonwealth border with the Free Worlds League. This posting would last less than a year due to Timothy being killed in action at some point in 2409.[2]
