As of January 3rd 3040, Tooly Lorenzo was an ROM Adept stationed on Northwind when he submitted Incident Report 203234-OGDN. Undercover as a Lieutenant in the quartermaster offices of the Northwind Highlanders, Lorenzo monitored the movements of the mercenary unit from 3034, avoiding detection until late 3039 when he eliminated a junior MIIO agent reporting to Lorenzo's MIIO counterpart, an agent code-named Dark Storm, who attempted to expose him as part of Operation FLUSH.
