Major General Kell, commanding the Anjin Muerto Crucis March Militia, was stationed on Anjin Muerto in 3067.[2] After the Jihad, now-Field Marshal Kell was given command of the new Periphery March's Anjin Muerto Operational Area by 3085.[1]
