Torrance Marghar was the commanding officer of the Fifteenth Rapier Cluster of Clan Burrock as of 3048.[1]

Star Colonel Torrance Marghar commanded the Fifteenth Rapier Cluster during Clan Wolf's Trial of Refusal, declared in opposition to the commencement of Operation REVIVAL.[1] Star Colonel Marghar's unit aided the Fourth Jaguar Dragoons in defeating the Third Battle Cluster of Clan Wolf on 7 December 3048, ensuring that the invasion of the Inner Sphere could begin.[2]
