To archive a section, without removing it from its source page:

1) Place the following code at the top of the section (but below the section title):

2) Replace "The following is an archived discussion of the included proposal" with something appropriate to the subject archived.

3) Place the following code at the bottom of the section:

4) Replace "The above is an archived discussion of the included proposal." with something appropriate to the subject archived.

5) Save.
