Well, thank you for the quick response! It was just not obvious at first how to post some of the simple things, such as a greeting in the new user log. The answer to that would clear much, as function tends to be in agreement across the rest of the pages. I think I have it though. I'll edit my page to reflect so as soon as I greet the others...

- No problem. I saw your post right as I was shutting down. The advantage of a wiki is that there are no permanent mistakes; everything one person does on a page can be 'fixed' with two clicks. Which, to a new user, means he can experiment around.
- One of the best ways I learned to do wiki is by opening the edit tab on a page to see how other Editors did things. If you have one of the newer browsers, you can have the original page on one tab and the edit page on the next and then flip-flop between the two. For example, by doing that with your own talk page here, you can see how I indented my response to you and how I italicized my words.
- And, to solve a quick frustration (just in case you typed out your sigline by hand), you can sign your discussion posts by leaving four tildes (~~~~) at the end (which can also be accomplished by clicking on the signature timestamp button).
- Hope to see you back. --Revanche (talk|contribs) 11:43, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- Thank you for the tip. That makes a lot of sense. So if I put two semi colons in front, it should in dent it even furtherRebelscum 12:37, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- Excellent! I like this. I hope what I added to the page I worked with was acceptable. Thanks for the help!
