Star Commander Vaughn Sender was a Clan Wolf MechWarrior and Bloodnamed warrior of the Sender Bloodhouse during the Dark Age Era.[1][2]

Sender was an experienced warrior, with an exceptional codex at a young age, having demonstrated an aptitude for ambushes and pursuits.[1] In 3136, he faced down a mercenary unit led by Shizuka Findlay in the employ of Defiance Industries, defeating and killing an Eisenfaust pilot under her command.[2]
