Description

Used heavily during the FedCom Civil War, The Vedette Medium Tank is a popular mainstay in convoy operations due to its speed and relative firepower. Its single Ultra AC/5 does not allow it to match the range of many of its contemporaries like the Myrmidon with its PPC, but its low reload time allows it to lay down disorienting suppressing fire on attackers. This can be especially effective when the vehicle is part of a large group using "pack hunter" tactics.

Armament

The Vedette's primary weapon is a General Motors Nova-5 Ultra Autocannon effective at ranges of up to 600 metres. For anti-infantry purposes, an array of three machine guns serves as a reliable secondary weapon. These weapons are mounted on the Vedette's single gunning turret.
