Commodore Vicenzo Herras was an officer in the Star League Defense Force Navy during the twenty-eighth century.[1]

By 2764, Vicenzo Herras had reached the rank of Commodore, and was serving as the Commanding Officer of the Thirty-fourth Cruiser Flotilla, a sub-unit of the 203rd Pursuit Squadron, one of the squadrons that made up the Twentieth Fleet. The Thirty-fourth was composed of two sister ships, the Luxor-class heavy cruisers SLS Fearless abd SLS Houten. Under Herras' command, the Thirty-fourth was consistently outperforming the rest of the 203rd, repeatedly engaging and destroying larger, faster opponents in training exercises.[1]
