Vivian Chou was the commanding officer of the Kathil Operational Area's Valexa PDZ as of 3025.[1]

Marshal Chou was commanding officer of the Capellan March's Valexa PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Chou commanded the Twentieth Avalon Hussars and was stationed on New Aragon.[1] By 3050, Chou remained in command of the Valexa PDZ but no longer commanded the Twentieth Hussars.[2]
