Vivian Colgate was the aide to the commanding officer of the Robinson Operational Area's Le Blanc PDZ as of 3050.[1]

History[edit]

Hauptmann-General Colgate, serving under Marshal Mason Vanderkellos, was executive officer of the Le Blanc PDZ in 3050 and continued to serve in that post by 3054.[1][2]
