Willard Martin was the commanding officer of the Periphery March Guard and the Islamabad Combat Region as of 3085.[1][2]

History[edit]

Major General Martin, commanding the Islamabad Crucis March Militia, was stationed on Islamabad in 3067.[3] After the Jihad, Martin was promoted to marshal and given command of both the new Periphery March Guard brigade and the Islamabad Combat Region by 3085.[1][2]
