Why not just drop the medium pulses for ArtIV for the LRMs?

This is not the ATN mech build you were expecting.

I actually like it, aside from being 100 tons...its kind of unique in a way that's not 1) Clan and 2) another freaking 200 ton vehicle. Good long range barrage, hell of a short range wallop...ammo looks kind of light but...A+ in my opinion. Probably drop the medium pulse for Artemis IV as suggested and add 3 more tons of ammo by dropping a few more medium lasers or 1 and/or 2 tons...still have a huge long range barrage, good short range punch, and its not like a 100 ton assault mechs needs to have max armor or a huge number of short range weapons with what it already has
