Spendy for a level one. Slow as heck. Abysmal overheating if it fires all four. But, my God, the POWER! My only suggestion would be to say "F*** it" and remove the medium laser for an extra ton of ammo, and the SL for another .5 tons of armor. Might as well go all the way.  Regardless, very cool design.
