This one is another in the series II tags for calling a new mech after an older one.
This time around I maxed the Rifleman out to 100 tons, hey the armor went up almost 3 times what it had, okay slightly exaggerated there, but you get the idea. The only changes to the weapons was the dropping of the AC5s for AC10s. Along with some extra heat sinks and a small laser, I think this one does indeed gain the II moniker without an issue.
