Not bad... 55 Tons is a nice sized Hatchet Wielder, and it still has Speed and Teeth with its PPC... Short Range is Nice with the ML and 4-Pack Launcher.

The only thing I'd do is pay careful attention to the Ammunition Load - I'd stick that Heat Sink in the leg into the Torso as well- Half as Likely to hit the Ammo if you Crit the Torso, then - Plus its good on the fluff design reasons, too - Heat Sinks to bleed Heat away from where the Ammo is...

Other than that, I'd take it instead of a Hatchetman - but Probably not instead of a Nightsky - they are just worth spending the $ on...

Pretty solid design, fast and heavy enough to chop things up. I'd guess its another take on the Knights of the Round concept. I'd use it, its pretty good for a LV 1 design.
