OKay and what really is changing? The two of them worked well together and Randall did a good job while he had the helm before and I am sure they have someone in mind already. This isn't a bad thing and Herb did very well and should be given credit where it is due. This isn't bad new or the end of the world.

Herb's a great guy and I enjoyed how the line evolved during his tenure. It'll be interesting to see who steps up after him.
