Guessing it might be when copyright laws will let it. Im sure the people that made it want to make some money on it, otherwise why bother making more?
Sad thing is if they werent charging so much for alot of books, they would sell better.

They usually release both the book, the PDF and a combo of the two at the same time. But only is available at this time.

I am sure we will see it here in the next couple of months and their over pricing of the books is not a good thing either.
