Overview: Cunctator, named after the Roman Fabius Maximus "the delayer", who successfully kept Hannibal in check for many years until Carthage was defeated.
The task profile of the Cunctator includes cavalry, interdiction and interception. To this end it is well-armed with five light PPC's tied to a targeting computer with a single ER Medium Laser for short range protection.
Often found guarding the flanks of mech units it is often tasked with finding and countering probes and scouting by enemy light mechs.

Honestly, I would suggest moving a few of the ppcs to another location. Losing the arm would destroy most of the punch the mech has. Otherwise, it looks like a nasty mech.

I'd rid of the laser and add something else, currently it only suits to overheat the mech.

Yep. A spread of LA/LT/CT/RT/RA would be pretty damage resistant and would even broaden the firing arc on the left side.
Fun design however the LPPCs are mounted.

Perhaps double up on the LT and RT instead of the RA and LA so you can fire while in CQC.
