------------------------------------------------------------------------------
==Overview:==
Built at the height of the WoB Jihad, the Opprimo was something of a
boondoggle from the start. Amhurst Ltd. on Churchill was asked by the LCAF to
build a tank that could stand up to both mechs and other armored units.
Amhurst's board of directors smelling a very lucrative contract told the LCAF
High Command that they could indeed build a tank to the very minnute detail
they wanted.

==Capabilities:==
The use of the Amerex 150 Gauss Rifle and Jacobson Model 56 ER Large Laser
allows the Opprimo to hit targets hard and fast, keeping them off balance and
then allowing the Opprimo ot move in to use the CRAY System Mk II Light Gauss
Rifle to finish off the enemy.

Defending the Opprimo from attacks are a combonation of systems with the
leding being the Vulcan MDS Model 5B Anti-Missile System followed up by two
Hovertec Quad SRM 4s and to keep those pesky attackers from getting to close
is the Cyclops-Beagle Sensory Probe.

Move in when you can only craw along at 3/5?

About the only thing this is good for is standing its ground and just hope its not out flanked.
Why argue if the glass is half full or half empty, when you know someone is going to knock it over and spill it anyways.

I was a Major *pain* before
But I got a promotion.
I am now a General *pain*
Yay for promotions!!!

Did you not read the rest of the fluff? Note the point where they built this to the given specs as layout out by LCAF not to anything that would actually be a good thing, in other words it's the wet dream of high command and a money maker for the company that made it. Or did you miss that part?

Movement speed for vehicles, once you factor in the likelyhood that any decently armored tank will quickly become immobile by motive hits, isn't all that it's cracked up to be.
