haven't sat down to look, but does this have enough criticals for everything?
I do see an issue with the plasma cannons. they don't match each other.

Yes, Mincemeat has enough critical spaces for its gear The Heavy Metal Program seems to allocate all the ammunition for a particular weapon to only one of the weapons for accounting purposes but also tells you the actual location of the ammunition.

Definitely looks like it would accomplish it's mission.
Don't know what the range in on the plasma cannons, but this does seem like a short ranged mech.

Don't know the weight difference between the mml and the srm, but it might be an idea to use the mml so you have lrms for long range fire to help start hitting the enemy at range.
