Commercial runs 10k for a mech or fighter including support personnel. 500 per individual infantry man 2.5k per vehicle.
Leopard dropship is 60k Union is 150k Overlord is 400k Fury is 30k Gazelle is 40k Seeker is 105k Triumph is 430k Excalibur is 700k.
The co does not rent a commercial dropship, but leases space. Commercial ships will not land in a combat zone. Just rates are 50k each jump per ship.
It is still on page 40 of the original mercenaries handbook.

The upcoming cost system for hiring and operating transports is listed on pages 10 and 11 here: http://bg.battletech.com/download/Interstellar%20Operations%20Beta%20-%20Force%20Operations.pdf
The cost assumes you're monopolizing the DropShip (and JumpShip) for yourself. If you're sharing a cargo bay with other peoples' cargo, then you'll need to multiply the cost by your fraction of the cargo capacity.
