Unleashed only a year after the Blazer cannon was developed, The Beheader exchanged it's normal allotment of 3 PPCs for 2 headcapping Blazer Cannons. They never became very popular and were never mass produced.

I wonder is there away to get more speed for this one and still keep the cost down?

That'd be tricky. Retry's already got a 240 fusion engine on this. The 320 would need 11 tons from somewhere, or you'd need an XL.
But something as short-ranged as the blazer begs for higher speeds to utilize it. I just finished off a Shrek variant (triple AC/10s) with a PHX-1D Phoenix Hawk simply because of high speed. If the Schreck had 4/6 movement, the 'Hawk would've lost a lot more than 2 arms and 1 side torso.

I was tinkering with it as well and couldn't figure out how to make it work without going to the higher cost XL.

I forget. Does a wheeled vehicle use a lighter engine then a tracked? It's to heavy for a hover.
Also, does a supercharger work with tanks, like it does with mechs? If it does, use a smaller engine.

Wheeled vehicles have a suspension factor of 20, which would shrink the engine from 240 to 220 (or 320 to 300). However, a wheeled Schreck wouldn't exactly be a simple variant of the classic tracked vehicle.

Superchargers also work with protomechs and combat vehicles.
