Overview: The Supervisor is a dedicated command mech, mounting enough weapons and armor to protect itself and its C3 Boosted Master from most lighter attackers. Track systems mean the mech can still maintain mobility even with total actuator failure; all of the tracks are armored, as well as the C3 Computer. Militia Arms intended this mech to command their C3B series of mechs.

Just wondering why all the mixed tech?

I usually build Dark Age era Mixtech, but after looking back, I think this one is all IS Advanced.

mechs can use fuel cells? For some reason, I thought that was just tanks.
I understand the tracks in the feet...

Yeah...battlemechs can also run ICE engines too. And the tracks is something I'm probably going to throw on mechs quite a bit, since they're really quite useful if armored.

I knew ICEs, but not fuel cells. So are they bringing in transformable tanks? They have LAMs.
Now here's a question about the tracks. Can the mech be 'prone' and use the tracks to move with the bonus for being 'hunkered down'?

Well, QuadVees are dedicated transforming quad mechs, whereas the tracks used on this mech are just an emergency motive system. As for tracks while hunkered, I dunno, but that'd be awesome.
