Was reading up on Aimed Shots with a Targeting Computer, which is a little tricky, being spread out across multiple sections of the rule book. Just want to make sure I got this right.
Let's assume my To-Hit number would normally be a 7. Immobile Target drops that 3, TC drops it to 2.
If the target is NOT immobile, I lose the -4 modifier, and gain a +3 Aimed Shot modifier, for a final To-Hit number of 10. So the target being Active instead of Immobile makes a net difference of +8?
Peace is that glorious moment in history when everyone stands around reloading.

I would think the aimed shot modifier would be countered by the -4 stationary bonus, meaning it would be a total of -1 for being shut down on an aimed shot. The tc -1 is removed in this case. Just firing to hit would be the 2 on a moving target.
I want to say an aimed shot at an immobile target would end up with a 6 in that scenario.
In the BMR rules is implies that it would be better to shut off the tc in this case, as there is nothing said about the aimed shot against an immobile unit. It looks like it actually hurts you to use it. IE, the shot misses the targeted area, it misses entirely, vs normal which can still hit the mech.
As a side note, the wiki says hags can use the normal bonus of -1 with a tc, but can not do the aimed shots with it.
