A reference to the original Lost in Space television series, the IDAK is a Superheavy BattleMech designed as an Advanced Pacification System.
Armored Engine, Gyro and Hip Actuators lend the 'Mech much needed longevity, while the RISC Hyper Laser and 2 CT mounted Double Heat Sinks ensure the ability to fire it's main weapon. A pair of TSEMP Cannons allow for disabling of units while the ability to pick up and throw a 50-ton BattleMech lend it the intimidation factor.
A pair of Laser AMS allow for reduction of incoming missile fire while 75 tons of Hardened Armor absorb HUGE amounts of punishment. The XL Engine remains a liability however. 2 Turret mounted ER PPCs allow fire at extreme ranges while the 400 rated engine ensures all the blazing speed of a legged UrbanMech.
Obviously just for **** and giggles.
NINJA EDIT: The CT Double Heat Sinks and RISC Hyper Laser are all Armored Components as well.

*The RISC Repeating TSEMP might be a good investment; it functions exactly the same (and even has the same size and weight) except it can fire once on every turn.
*Using a Repeating TSEMP instead of two separate TSEMPs would save up weight for a back-up weapon in case the RISC Hyper Laser blows up.
*Since the RISC Hyper Laser is also already at risk of blowing up, a Laser Insulator also wouldn't hurt it. Like, at all. And it wouldn't actually put much of a dent in the heat output either, but it's only 500 kilograms and would only be there for **** and gives.
*Specifically because the RISC Hyper Laser is at risk of blowing up, maybe put in CASE II.
*Adding a Laser Pulse Module to the RISC Hyper Laser would enable you to aim the thing more easily.
*Going Mixed-tech and using a Clan-built Large XXL would enable you to reach an engine rating of 500 without increasing weight too much (or bulk, since this is a Superheavy), and it would also allow you to pack more 20 Double Heat Sinks into the engine instead of just 16.
*Superheavy mechs cannot use Armored Components, but since you're not being Tournament Legal anyways, that means you can go ahead and use Fractional Accounting, and also pack your mech full of Anti-Spalling Buffers to reduce the risk of a Critical Hit to anything important. https://www.sarna.net/wiki/User:LRichardson/Essays/Anti-Spalling_Buffer
*Design Quirks and Modifications to deal with heat: - Design Quirk - Combat Computer: -4 Heat Generated Per Turn - Design Quirk - Improved Cooling Jacket: -1 Heat on the applied weapon (RISC Hyper Laser). - Design Quirk - Improved Life Support: Pilot can survive high heat levels. - Modification - Linked Heat Sinks: Majority of the Double Heat Sinks would be linked to the RISC Hyper Laser. - Modification - RISC Heat Sink Override Kit: Mech can last longer at high heat levels without shutting down.
*MechWarrior Gear, because pilots tend to die a lot in Superheavy mechs: - Ablative Cooling Suit: Detailed in Tactical Handbook (1994) - Damage Interrupt Circuit: Detailed in Tactical Handbook (1994)

Have you guys considered ASIC versions over RISC? *computer processor joke*

I prefer CISC, myself.
