Grand-Children from Burton Steiner-Davion-Marik
Gavin Steiner-Davion-Marik ,
Simone Steiner-Davion-Marik and
Nessa Steiner-Davion-Marik , his youngest granddaughter
Questions:
Why were these children and grand-children of Victor Steiner-Davion and Isis Marik written out of the continuation of the Inner Sphere history?
Could it be that their full name “Steiner-Davion-Marik” was becoming an impediment to future rulers and thus a rise in the number of civil wars within these three realms?
Should they have been included in the list of Paladins for “Stones” Republic?
Or should they have risen to power when their realms needed them the most?
To me it is quite inconceivable that they were just written out of the story as it were. With Victor being such a pivotal character why not use his children / grand-children to expand / continuation of the game’s history through their own stories.
If a re-write of the inner sphere history was to occur to include these individuals I believe they could have re-shaped the universe.
For example Alaric Wolf could have been opposed by one of his half siblings in an epic series of battles.
Or …..
Considering the Federated Suns poor military performance towards the Dark Age a grand-child of victors could have assisted them back from the brink.
The question must be asked …. will one of these children or their children ever re-enter the story once more to reshape the Inner Sphere as did Victor?
