Anyone know of a place that might have the Battleforce 2 and Planetary Assault rules?

They're not worth it.
I'd personally suggest making your own large-scale combat rules.
But if you're still enough of a sucker, I'll sell them to you. After all, they're copywrited matierial and therefore I can't scan them in an e-mail them to you.
That would be patently illegal.
