No, but you can perhaps hazard a guess if you check the Planetary Database here on Sarna. I`d guess it`s one of the larger warfactory worlds, like Hesperus II or Keystone.

Use Sarna's manufacturer finder. Are you referring to 400-rated engines, or warship engines?

That, I believe, is nearly impossible to answer given the available information. I've never seen a listing of how many components a given factory produces in BT. The only vehicle or component with listed production rates are mechs.
For the Succession Wars era through 3067, I would guess Terra. EVERY personal car is fusion powered on Terra, and the population is ~6 billion, indicating hundreds of millions of fusion engines in use.
