Sorry I missed these.
Actually, I think you'd do well to go to 1 LRM-5, add 2 SHS and a ML--and drop the FA armor--and call it a Level 1 light. Or, alternatively, drop the PPC for 4x LRM-5 @ 2t, and add another pair of MLs and 1 SHS. Slight overheat up close, but a good multirole fighter.
If you want it to be Level 2, then I'd certainly go ER on the PPC, switch to 2x LRM-5 @ 1t, and give it either another ML or another ER ML and make the old one ER. You certainly have the heat capacity for it.
