Heh, that's sure a Titan--long as the Dickens for massing 200kt.
And since you clearly have L2 tech (pulse lasers) why not give the LRMs Artemis, the ACs Ultra, and make the Large Lasers ER? You'll not notice the heat if you add a few more DHS, and you certainly have the cargo to spare. Even better, make the SPLs regular SLs to give you back some tonnage and heat capacity; you'll probably not even notice the difference in performance, since they'll probably be on PD work and there the -2 doesn't matter.
I do love the absence of great swaths of useless capital weapons on a carrier, and she has excellent armor for her mass.
