ive got an early Battlemaster that fell on the floor and broke its arm with the gun. c-glue doesnt do the trick... arm is too heavy. ive heard people drill into mechs and thread wire into the holes (or something along those lines)? how should i go about repairing this mech? any special tools needed for the repair?

I tried this once on a mini with a similar problem. I still do this with resin kits because it simply makes them strong. Get the smallest drill bit you can find and drill into the shoulder casting. Once that is done, get a stiff piece of wire the width of the hole. Put an epoxy compund on the end to hold it in place. Do the same to the arm and slide it over the wire and then use epoxy over the joint. Use fine sanding files as needed to smooth it out and wahla, one repair mini that would stand up to close inspection.
