I recently picked up a copy of the TRO 3067 and Project Phoenix... now I have mostly outdated rules books, and I must wonder. Does anybody happen to have the new rules, and can simply fill in the gaps for me? I don't know the rules for the new weapons they like to show off in the new TRO's... like the RAC and ATM weapons. Any others in the BMR I don't have. I'm going out of my mind trying to figure out what they are. Ammunition variants also would be a beautiful help.

Information on ATMs and RACs has been given several times on Sarna's forums. Try a search for details. Alternate ammo types may also have been covered.
