At long last (again) designs for Project Phoenix are now available for download in HMPro format. The pics are included as well.
Please note that the 'Mech designs included in TR:PP had already been included in Record Sheets: 3067 and Record Sheets: Upgrades. The files have now been updated with the fluff text from TR:PP, and pics from the TRO are included as well. You can download the 3067 and Upgrade zips, including the new data files, or just download the Project Phoenix designs separately. The pictures are in a separate zip file.
Shortly, HMPlus will include these updated designs and those from RS:Dark Age, as well as the Project Phoenix pictures. If you receive a copy of HMPlus before they are included, or have HMPro, simply download from the Data Files Page.
