Why mixed heavy and medium naval PPCs? Weapon bay rules make them the same except for fire control tonnage. I'd ask the same of the NACs, but they are better space-to-space weapons, while the NPPCs are superior bombardment weapons.
Also, why so many different secondary weapons? ER PPCs, LPLs, GRs, and RAC/5s all get turned into the same thing (except for range and ammo dependence) by weapon bays. I read the Colossus's fluff, but that doesn't square with the rules.

Overall a nice ship. I like how you have the fuel for fighters sperate and treat it as something other then a given. Might be a time bomb waiting to go off, but then again so are all of the ammo bins.
I like this one and will add it to my files.
