What happened to the British Royal Family and the Japanese Royal Family?

No information within any of the sites I looked at (above)….
The only page that can give us a hint is the following …
https://www.sarna.net/wiki/House_Windsor
Considering that the Black Watch are linked to the English Royal Family … As far as I know this information was never included … I would assume that they were members of the Alliance Government or they just disappeared over time as individual states abolished their monarchy to gain greater power for their individual government, within the Alliance Government …. When by 2200 the Alliance Parliament had transformed into a genuine world government ….
Get thee to Coventry … Now is the winter of our discontent, made glorious by this daughter of Tharkad … Our army shall march through. Well to New Avalon tonight.

Thanks but that doesn't answer the question.

Questions with hints of answers in Jihad Hotspots: Terra! There's a whole chapter on Terra, the rest of the system, and its history (nothing to do the Jihad).
The Windsors, the British Royal Family, are noted for having married into the Camerons at some point, forming a minor branch of the Cameron family that couldn't claim to be First Lord. However, they weren't out of politics. Chris Windsor-Cameron was the President of the Terran Parliament (at least up through Terra's liberation - much of the Parliament is likely in deep trouble for cooperating with WoB).
Other royal families...
The topic of Duke Windsor-Cameron brings up another issue: Terran nobility. The nobility of the Star League era is almost entirely absent from Terra owing to post-Liberation purges and has no official authority per se. Some districts (specifically Japan, Thailand, Monaco, England, and Sweden) retain [pre-Star League] noble leaders who are treated as district governors who inherit their position rather than being appointed by the Cabinet, though they remain subject to normal BoTA* regulations like any district governor.
*Bureau of Terran Affairs, the former ComStar/WoB government for Terra.

And four other royal families. You have to read the whole answer.

Curious if the up coming books will cover the minor subject about it. It's literally ancient history. Maybe the new ilClan book coming out will cover it little bit. It's hard to say since Clan controlled Terra is going be different animal than the original Star League was.
When it hits the fan, make sure your locked, loaded, and ready to go!
