During Wave Three of the Hanseatic Crusade, Seeker Galaxy landed on Lübeck on 11 April 3140. Faced only with local militia and hired merchant mercenaries, Seeker Galaxy made short work of the defenders on the outskirts of the capital city of Schleswig.  As they began to refit and repair, they were struck by a counterattack by two of the Hanseatic League's best units, the Regional Defense Force 1 and Convoy Defense Force 1.  According to standing orders for all Wave Three Galaxies, their DropShips returned to the jump points after landing troops, hoping to catch any reinforcements in the black.  Much like during the fighting in the Tomalov system, this resulted in a large space battle between the two fleets.  The outcome is unknown, but enough assets remained from both forces to allow an eventual retreat.  Caught by surprise by the overwhelming numbers, Fourth Scorpion Seekers were destroyed quickly on 30 April.  Their morale buoyed, the League forces continued to frustrate Seeker Galaxy with expert flanking and enveloping maneuvers that soon had Seeker Galaxy retreating on all fronts. On 2 May Loremaster Kalara Yeh recognized the situation was untenable and ordered a withdrawal.  Shortly after the order was given, the consolidated Schmidt’s Petraries succeeded in locating Seeker Keshik, an assault-weight Supernova Trinary.  While not possessing an expert understanding of Clan culture, Captain-Marshal Rudolf Schmidt knew that "Keshik" meant commander, and had been actively searching for them.  The Keshik Warriors shocked Schmidt with their ferocity in trying to protect the Loremaster, and though the Petraries fought well the Keshik eventually broke through their lines and began to slip away. But at the last moment before breaking contact, a CDF 1 aerospace fighter lined up a strafing run on Loremaster Yeh's KGC-000b King Crab, killing her and a nearby Star Captain.  The Keshik and the Galaxy was shocked into inaction, but quick thinking by several Warriors saved them from even worse destruction, and Seeker Calibos took temporary command of the Cluster until Star Colonel Qelli Kirov could step in to assume overall command. Once the situation stabilized slightly, Seeker Calibos raced ahead in his Locust IIC to scout a clear route to the DropShips.

Seeker Galaxy departed the world, moving next to Kalmar with an excessive display of wariness.  The League forces meanwhile returned to Bremen in short-lived triumph.  Left undefended, Lübeck was simply occupied by a Trinary of Grunt Galaxy sometime around July while the final battle for Bremen was ongoing.
