== Description ==
The '''''Parash''''' is a [[BattleMech#Light|light]] [[BattleMech]] developed and produced by [[Clan Hell's Horses]] at Manufacturing Site #3 on [[New Oslo]] in the wake of the [[Jihad]]<ref name="TRO:3085p148+"/>. To meet the need for new light BattleMechs, the ''Parash'' was designed not for the role of scout, but for supporting its [[combat vehicle]] formations, and was influenced by the success of the ''[[Pack Hunter]]'' and the ancient [[SLDF]] ''[[Hussar]]''. The 'Mech is designed for  speed and carries a single weapon, but is armored with seven tons of [[standard armor]], boasting better protection than its contemporaries. The ''Parash'' additionally shares the ''Pack Hunter''<nowiki>'</nowiki> [[jump jet]] capacity, able to reach up to 210 meters.<ref name="TRO:3085p148+"/>
