Overview: When James "Jimbo" Carmiggelt-Suza of the Black Hills Irregulars mercenary company lost his Nightstar in combat against the Steel Wolves he was offered a Stalker 3F as a replacement mech, which he quickly had modified to his own specifications.
Capabilities: The Stalker had its weapons removed and replaced by four MML9 launchers backed up by a single Heavy PPC. This mix of weapons allows James to bombard the enemy until he is at close range and then unleash a barrage of SRM's to finish them off.
The original heat sinks were also removed and replaced by 15 freezers allowing the Stalker to fire most of its weapons nearly continually. In addition to changing the weapons and heat sinks, the Stalker mounts extra armour plate.
Battle History: For years the Irregulars used a Nightstar as a fire base around which the company would rally. When destroyed by a Steel Wolf Dire Wolf mech, the company had a pair of older Succession War era mechs as replacements, one of which being a Stalker, the other a Shadow Hawk. The Stalker was modified with new weapons and still serves iwth the Irregulars. Recently the Irregulars recruited an additional lance of mechs that include a Gunslinger. The pair has now become the unit's "battering ram" together with a War Dog and a Jagermech.

A one off variant that is only going to see use IF the merc unit is in a fight...yeah nice but not my cup of tea.
