: That article on Valhalla is to come :). As for the place, it is also used in one novel, James D. Long first BattleTech novel Main Event. In theory this is supposed to be one of the top places in the bar landscape, at least from my understanding on the Unbound. By the way, by doing this I fear that we could end up making Solaris planet entry too big...--Pserratv (talk) 13:47, 8 March 2018 (EST)

:::Personally feel we need to added separate entries for each of the Solaris City districts with brief descriptions of their features, with breakouts to extremely notable places like Thor's Shieldhall or the restaurants we've seen in the novels. Compared to many locations in the Places Category we have quite a bit more detail and even repeated detail between the Solaris boxset, MechWarrior Guide, Mappack and the novels about these places. I'll add in more detail about The Pelican (Pelican Shooters!) this weekend if I don't knuckle down and finish Thor's Shieldhall/Midgard/Valhalla first.Cyc (talk) 16:29, 8 March 2018 (EST)

::::I have stated elsewhere that as a wiki we need a new focus. A lot of the "Major" parts of the universe are already in, all the planets, vehicles, major characters and combat commands. As a universe we don't have a huge amount of things like alien fauna or hugely derivative cultural aspects that need explaining. So where do we go to drive the wiki forward? More granular detail and aspects of the universe that have mostly been ignored until now seem to be the answer. Solaris is one of the major RPG destinations in the universe so I see no harm in a granular level of detail above what we have in most cases. Look at the Wolf's Dragoons articles. Topics of high interests should be granted a greater degree of freedom on notability. Dmon (talk) 03:54, 9 March 2018 (EST)
