* The moratorium template now displays a different messagebox after the moratorium date has arrived, explaining that the source may now be used.
* Moratorium dates are now displayed using a consistent format (day month year) while retaining some flexibility on how they can be specified in the tag.
* <s>Messageboxes are now color-coded to indicate at a glance whether or not the moratorium has expired.
** Red: Moratorium in effect
** Green: Moratorium expired
** Blue: Undetermined because the date either wasn't provided or can't be recognized as a date</s>
* [[:Category:Sources under Moratorium]] now displays the Moratorium Date for each article with a <nowiki>{{moratorium}}</nowiki> tag.
* Because the date is now used in some simple calculations, the template is less forgiving of simple typographical errors like "Feburary". To handle these cases, the template displays a generic moratorium message when the date is not provided or the parser can't recognize it as a date.

:I approve of the change to the date system, I was actually going to ask you if you could impliment something like that for me. I would like you to retain the previous color system of both announced and moratorium tags using blue as we use red and pink for fanon and problems with the article. ::::Thank you, and thank you for taking it in stride my minor telling off. The a comment on a talk page is usually sufficent to draw attention of an admin. If it is something important/significant you can always comment on one of our talk pages, that pretty much guarentees a response.

::::Now onto the changes, I find the mechanic of the moratorium tag changing based on the date an interesting one. I am not entierly sold on the post release tag as I usually aim to have tags removed within 48hrs of expiring.
